At the core of Abronah Care is a heart
that pulse for the community. We seek to impact on the
community by identifying needs and providing the resources
with support to address those needs.
We see families as the centre of the community and so
working with Young People and other care agencies means
for us reintegration.
Abronah Care Project is set up as the Charity arm of Abronah
Care to specifically address issues of education with
Young People, support of parent/s with young people with
challenging behaviour who may be excluded from school.
