All of Abronah Care Staff are train to
the highest level. We offer a comprehensive induction
program for all new employees which includes familiarisation
within the work environment and location.
We would normally expect a basic grade of NVQ level
3 in Health and Social Care for Residential Support
Workers. However, we will provide the necessary training,
and only require that any successful applicant be willing
to pursue this level of training shortly following employment.
On entrance to Abronah care we look for a basic education
level of GCSEs in Maths and English for other posts
at a junior level and appropriate show of qualification
and demonstratable skills for middle and higher management.
Staff are encourage to pursue as many training courses
as possible.
