Iona House - 2 bedded Unit
Iona House is a supported living accommodation which provides 24 hour care for 2 young people on their way to independence. The Home is permanently staff and young people completes an independent program. Staff are trained to care for young people with challenging behaviour and emotional difficulties (EBD), Young people with Learning Disabilities (LD) and mild mental disorders.
Independent Living Flats:
This service provision is for the more independent Care Leavers who require minimum care. Abronah Care 16+ Service in consultation with the placing authority and the young person, selects an area to accommodate the young person where he/she can develop the necessary skills and contacts for independence. Abronah Care established links with the young person which continues post placement.
